1 green pepper
Half a carrot
3 dried Shiitake mushrooms
Condiments: Salt and oil
1. Soak dried Shiitake mushrooms ahead of time. After removing the impurities, cut into slices.
2. Go seed of the green pepper and rinse it off, then coarsely slice it up. Peel the carrot and cut it into slices.
3. Heat the wok, add oil, when hot, drop in Shiitake mushroom slices, carrot slices and stir till fragrant, then combine with green pepper slices and go on the heat for another 3 minutes or so.
4. Lightly season with a pinch of salt. And it really goes well with rice.
