A pack of Brown Shimeji mushroom
A handful of Black fungi
A suspicion of garlic, coarsely minced
1. Cut the root of Brown Shimeji mushroom and discard, rinse mushrooms off and set aside. Rinse Black fungi over and over again to get rid of the impurities, go blanching and remove with a slotted spoon.
2. In a hot pot, add oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and stir-fry till fragrant, then add a pinch of salt and sugar, a tbs of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar and stir evenly. After that, combine with Brown Shimeji mushrooms, Black fungi and frequently toss over fierce heat for 2-3 minutes. Enjoy.
