The casing separator is placed between the emptying winch and your shelving. During emptying the casing is removed from the compost. The compost goes straight ahead to the trailer. The casing is dropped on a conveyor at the middle aisle, this conveyor (not included) transports the separated casing to a container, trailer or similar.

One of the key advantages of the Casing Separator is its compact design to storage the machine easily in your storage. The system is intelligently engineered to fit seamlessly into any space, making it ideal for both small-scale and large-scale operations.

Equipped with state-of-the-art telescopic arms, the Casing Separator boasts a self-lifting mechanism. The telescopic arms effortlessly lift and support the weight Casing Separator, providing a hassle-free experience.

Gone are the days of worrying about varying bed heights. Our system's casing separator can be easily adjusted to accommodate your specific requirements. Whether you have 10 meters or 25 meters of growing net on your emptying winch, the casing separator functions flawlessly, ensuring consistent separation at the desired height.

We understand that efficiency and precision are paramount in the agricultural industry, and the Casing Separator is meticulously engineered with these principles in mind. Our goal is to simplify your operations, enhance productivity, and save you valuable time and effort.

We don't know of mushroom farms that aren't looking for ways to improve profitability or increase savings in the mushroom industry.

Mushroom lighting is a piece of equipment that affects the profitability of the business and is optimizable in many ways.

Based on our experience of working with mushroom farm owners around the world, we have prepared a guide that is likely to be of great value to both existing mushroom farms and those that are planned or under construction.

We invite you to read the guide here.

The EuroMycel mycelium laboratory is a subsidiary and privileged commercial partner of the International BONDUELLE Group.

Since 1960, EuroMycel has successively been the historical spawn maker subsidiary of the Guilbaud Group, then of France Champignon, and today of the Bonduelle Group.

During all these years, EuroMycel has developed impressive expertise and a "certain know-how" associated with a collection of unique strains. Its international adventure began in 2000 while remaining a supplier to its parent company.

EuroMycel bases its development on its own approach, namely that the genetics of Agaricus bisporus is certainly not the limiting factor of biotransformation.

The highly specialized EuroMycel mushroom spawn fulfills the expectations of fresh and mechanical harvest growers. Our selection process is unique because the master cultures are sorted according to their specific interaction with compost.

We supply millions of liters of spawn to the Polish, French, North European, Chinese, Hungarian, Israeli, and Indian markets, with strains grown on the best possible medium for the genetic expression of our strains: rye.

Our flagship varieties are the E58 Premium (E58 P) and the E21. The variety E58 P is one of the most popular white bud mushroom strains worldwide and the E21 is a highly productive, smooth, white, hybrid strain, ideal for the canning industry.

The mushroom industry has been one of the few bright spots in the food industry during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With more people cooking at home and looking for healthy food options, the demand for mushrooms has surged.

According to a recent report, the global mushroom market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7.9% from 2020 to 2027, driven by increasing consumer awareness about the health benefits of mushrooms and the rise in vegan and plant-based diets.

In addition to the growing demand, the mushroom industry has also been benefiting from advancements in technology and sustainable growing practices. For example, some companies are using artificial intelligence to optimize mushroom production and reduce waste, while others are using compostable packaging to reduce their environmental impact.

Overall, the mushroom industry is poised for continued growth in the coming years as consumers continue to prioritize health and sustainability in their food choices.
