Recipe: Shiitake and Straw mushroom soup with corn

240g Straw mushrooms
A handful of Shiitake mushrooms
A corn


1. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake mushroom, rinse and then cut into chunks. Rinse Straw mushrooms and coarsely slice up.
2. Heat the wok, add a spoonful of oil, when hot, drop in Straw mushroom slices, Shiitake mushroom chunks and fry on high flame, then combine with two or three bowls of water, corn segments and bring into a boil. After that, simmer for another 5 minutes or so.
3. Finally season with a pinch of salt and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
