A pack of Seafood mushroom
A carrot and two colorful peppers
A handful of chopped onions
Condiments: Oyster sauce, salt, sugar, starch
1. Remove the root of Seafood mushroom, rinse mushrooms off and set aside.
2. Go seed of colorful peppers, rinse and slice up.
3. Peel the carrot and cut into slices.
4. Heat the wok, add oil, when hot, drop in chopped onions and stir till fragrant, then blend with carrot slices, Seafood mushrooms and frequently toss for 3-5 minutes.
5. Thicken the dish with the mixture of water and starch, season to taste with a tsp of oyster sauce, a pinch of salt, sugar and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
