And Phase Two which owns 15 million CNY of investment, annual output capacity of 3500 tons of fresh King oyster mushroom and 400 tons of deep-processed products is in fierce construction.

Phase Three will be launched in 2018 with the planned investment of 20 million CNY, after the construction, annual output on fresh King oyster mushroom is expected to obtain 7000 tons while 700 tons of deep-processed products could be produced.

“In rural villages within Songyuan City, almost every family owns courtyards or small gardens. King oyster mushroom industry extremely fits for development of garden economy and profits on each mushroom greenhouse could generally reach 5000 CNY or so,” introduces principal of the cooperative, continuing that in cold greenhouses, 2 flushes of Shiitake could be cultivated per year, which indicates 10,000 CNY of incomes, and in case of warm greenhouse, 4-5 flushes could be realized and incomes go up to 20,000 CNY.
