Portobello's with spinach

4 portobellos
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
200 grams camembert
200 grams spinach
1 red onion
50 grams black olives without stone
5 sun-dried tomatoes
salt and pepper

Cooking steps:

Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Remove the stems from the portobellos and chop it small and heat together with the garlic in the frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 1 minute. Spoon the mixture into the portobello´s, place it on the convex side in an oven dish and put it in the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, fry the red onion and the spinach in the frying pan. Cut the black olives and sun-dried tomatoes into pieces, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Now take the portobello mushrooms out of the oven and fill it with the camembert. Put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Finally place the spinach mixture on top of the melted cheese.
