Ingredients:
500 gr cubes of chicken fillet
100 gr sliced Shiitake
400 gr sliced vegetables (for example bok choy, red onion, Chinese cabbage, sugar snaps)
1.5 dl soy sauce
4 dl water
2 tbsp chopped coriander
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Sesame oil
4 servings of noodles
Prawn Crackers
Preparation:
Fill a pan with water and bring it to a boil. Season the chicken with curry powder, salt and pepper and brown them in a frying pan. Add the shiitake and fry it too. Then put a good splash of sesame oil in a wok and fry the chopped vegetable mix over high heat. Add the water and soy sauce to about 3 minutes and let it steam with the lid on the pan for another 3 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the noodles with some salt. As soon as the vegetables are al dente, add the chicken and the shiitake and let it simmer together for a while. Finally, add the noodles and finish the dish with the chopped coriander, the roasted sesame seeds and salt and pepper to taste. Serve this dish with prawn crackers.
