Ingredients:
A handful of White fungi
A cucumber
Condiments: Chicken powder, sesame oil, soy sauce
Steps:
1. Soak White fungi in warm water till soft, then remove the hard portion, rinse and tear them into clumps. Rinse cucumber and then cut it into slices.
2. Bleach White fungi for 2 minutes, then remove them out and drain off excessive moisture.
3. In a vessel, combine with White fungus clumps, cucumber slices and sprinkle with a dash of chicken powder, sesame oil, soy sauce and adequately whisk well. Enjoy.
