3-5 White mushrooms
Condiments: Salt and chicken powder
1. Remove the fibre of celery and cut into strips. Roughly slice White mushrooms up.
2. In a hot wok, add oil, once hot, drop in sliced White mushrooms and toss for 3 minutes over high heat, then remove from the wok and into a plate for use.
3. Add a drizzle of oil, let celery strips join in and stir for 2 minutes, then combine with sliced White mushrooms, season to taste with a pinch of salt and chicken powder. Enjoy.
