egg soup with various mushrooms

Ingredients:
1 egg
A handful of Enoki mushrooms,
Oyster mushrooms
3 Shiitakes
1 ginger slice
Moderate green onion
Condiments: oil, salt, sesame oil

Cooking method:
1. Break the egg into a bowl, wash Enoki mushrooms, remove the root and then break into clumps.
2. Wash Oyster mushrooms and Shiitakes, respectively tear into small chunks and then cut into pieces.
3. In a pot, dump with moderate oil, drop in ginger slice and bring into a boil, then combine with three kinds of mushroom. After boiling, lower to slow flame and go on for 5 minutes.
4. Slowly pour the egg liquid into the soup, stirring occasionally, finally adjust the seasoning with sesame oil and salt.
5. Before serving, sprinkle with moderate green onion, if desired. Enjoy.
