2 King oyster mushrooms
Condiments: Salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, honey and pepper powder
Cooking method:
1. Rinse King oyster mushrooms off, cut into thick slices and cut lines on surface using the tip of a knife so that they are more tasty later.
2. In a bowl, combine with a tbs of honey, cooking wine, half a tbs of sesame oil, soy sauce, a pinch of salt, pepper powder and mix evenly, then pour it on top of sliced King oyster mushroom and pickle for above 15 minutes.
3. In a frying pan, add a drizzle of oil, when hot, add sliced King oyster mushroom and fry over medium and low heat till mushroom slices are soft and golden. Enjoy.
