Ingredients:
A gourd
A handful of Shiitakes and pine nuts
A carrot
Chopped onion and ginger
Condiments: salt, sugar, chicken powder, aginomoto, sesame oil
Cooking method:
1. Cut the gourd into stripes, then pickle with salt. Peel the carrot and cut it into stripes as well.
2. Remove the bottom portion of Shiitake and then cut them into slices.
3. In a pot with moderate oil, when hot, drop in chopped onion, ginger and fry till fragrant. Then combine with Shiitake slices, gourd stripes and fry for 2 minutes.
4. Let pine nuts join in and finally sprinkle with sesame oil.
