Fried Enoki mushroom with Black fungus and carrot

Ingredients:

A handful of Enoki mushrooms and Black fungi

A carrot

Minced garlic

Condiments: Salt, sugar, sesame oil, peanut oil


Cooking methods:

1. Cut the root of Enoki mushroom, rinse and then break them into clumps.

2. Peel the carrot and then cut it into slices.

3. Soak Black fungi in advance and then get rid of bottom portion.

4. In a skillet, add moderate oil, when hot, drop in minced garlic and fry till fragrant, then drop in carrot slices and fry on fierce flame for 3 minutes or so.

5. Combine with Enoki mushroom clumps, Black fungi and fry till cooked. Season with a pinch of salt and sugar, finally sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil. Serve.
