Ingredients:
1 red and green pepper
100g bacon slices
A handful of Hypsizygus marmoreus, rinsed and divided
Condiments: Salt, water starch, oil, cooking wine
Steps:
1. Go seed of red and green pepper, then cut them into slices.
2. Pickle bacon slices with water starch, salt and cooking wine for 10 minutes or so.
3. In a skillet with moderate oil, when hot, drop in bacon slices and fry till color has changed, then combine with red and green pepper slices, Hypsizygus marmoreus and fry on fierce heat.
4. Finally season with a pinch of salt. Serve.
