Ingredients:
A handful of spinach
A pack of White beech mushrooms
Condiments: Salt and chicken powder
Directions:
1. Remove and discard the root of White beech mushroom, rinse mushrooms off and break into individuals.
2. Thoroughly rinse the spinach and cut into segments.
3. In a wok, add oil, once hot, drop in White beech mushrooms and stir over high heat.
4. Blend with spinach segments and go on the heat for 3 minutes or so.
5. Lightly season with a dash of salt and chicken powder. Enjoy.
