A pack of Brown Shimeji mushroom
1 broccoli
Condiments: Light soy sauce, salt and oil
Cooking method:
1. Cut off the bottom portion of Brown Shimeji mushroom, then break into individuals.
2. Break the broccoli into chunks, go blanching and remove out with a slotted spoon.
3. In a wok, heat a drizzle of oil, once hot, drop in Brown Shimeji mushrooms and stir till soft, then combine with broccoli chunks and frequently toss over medium and high heat.
4. Season with a dash of salt, light soy sauce and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
