On October 24, in Feidi Mushroom Garden of Huodigou Village, Shiquan County, Shanxi Province of China, villagers are busy with picking, trimming and packing task of fresh Shiitake mushroom.
Feidi Mushroom Garden was constructed in late 2017, by now, 15 million CNY of investment has been input on Phase One of project. In over 200 mu of land, intelligent mushroom greenhouse and factory that occupy 12,000 square meters have been built for mushroom production.

“In 2018, gross cultivation scale on Shiitake mushroom reaches 300,000 logs in Huodigou Village, in mid August of 2018, the first batch of Shiitake mushroom evolved into the maturation, picking time was started in September and it is expected to stop in March of 2019,” introduces head of Huodigou Village warmly, going on that in recent years, average wholesale price of Shiitake mushroom is always at 12 CNY per kg.
