Over the years, reams of new products, technology and pattern evolved in Black fungus industry have been showing wide attention and application in China. While improving production efficiency, they also stimulate the rapid development of Black fungus industry in China.
On 7-9th, August, The Third National Black Fungus Innovation Development Meeting jointly sponsored by China Edible Mushroom Business Net, Under-forest Economy Branch of China Forestry Society was successfully held in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province of China. During the meeting, authoritative roadshow reports issued by marketing director of China Edible Mushroom Business net, second director of Supply and Marketing Cooperative of Mudanjiang City, researcher from Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Liaoning Province, secretary general of Mushroom Association of Heilongjiang Province and other leaders received widespread attention.
“In 2017, gross output of Black fungus reached 6.3884 million tons in China, which climbed for 114,600 tons compared with 6.2738 million tons in 2016, rising range hits 1.8%. In Heilongjiang Province, gross output of Black fungus also came to 3.3354 million tons in 2017,” introduces marketing director of China Edible Mushroom Business net solemnly, going on that the same year, scale of Black fungus cultivation hit 3.96 billion bags, gross output (Fresh form) came to 1.98 million tons while output value totaled 10.7 billion CNY in Mudanjiang City.
