Shiitake soup with water chestnut

Ingredients: 

200g water chestnuts

A handful of Shiitakes

Condiments: Sesame oil, salt, aginomoto


Simple steps: 
1. Peel water chestnuts, rinse and then roughly dice.

2. Soak dried Shiitakes in warm water in advance for 30 minutes or so, then roughly dice.

3. In a skillet with moderate sesame oil, when hot, drop in Shiitake dices, water chestnut dices and fry on fierce flame for a moment.

4. Dump with moderate water into the skillet, bring it into a boil, then lightly season with a pinch of salt and aginomoto. Enjoy.
