According to mushroom quotation provided by Guangdong Guangzhou Zengcha Road Fruit and Vegetable Wholesale Market, on January 10, Shiitake mushroom, Oyster mushroom, Enoki mushroom, King oyster mushroom, White beech mushroom, Brown Shimeji mushroom, Seafood mushroom, Hericium erinaceus and Straw mushroom are 9 mushroom varieties that show price rise.

1. Price of Shiitake mushroom has been risen from 14 to 17 CNY per kg, showing 21% of increase range. 

2. Price of Oyster mushroom has been risen from 5.6 to 6 CNY per kg, showing 7% of increase range. 

3. Price of Enoki mushroom has been risen from 7 to 9 CNY per kg, showing 29% of increase range.

4. Price of King oyster mushroom has been risen from 6 to 7 CNY per kg, showing 17% of increase range.

5. Price of White beech mushroom has been risen from 14 to 26.7 CNY per kg, showing 91% of increase range.

6. Price of Brown Shimeji mushroom has been risen from 10 to 16 CNY per kg, showing 60% of increase range.

7. Price of Seafood mushroom has been risen from 10 to 14.5 CNY per kg, showing 45% of increase range.

8. Price of Hericium erinaceus has been risen from 16 to 18 CNY per kg, showing 13% of increase range.

9. Price of Straw mushroom has been risen from 24 to 25 CNY per kg, showing 4% of increase range.

1. Price of Black fungus has been dropped from 6.6 to 6.4 CNY per kg, indicating 3% of decline range.

2. Price of Drumstick mushroom has been dropped from 20 to 18 CNY per kg, indicating 10% of decline range.

3. Price of Agrocybe cylindracea has been dropped from 10 to 8.4 CNY per kg, indicating 16% of decline range.

4. Price of Button mushroom has been dropped from 14 to 12 CNY per kg, indicating 14% of decline range.

5. Price of Pleurotus geesteranus has been dropped from 10 to 8 CNY per kg, indicating 20% of decline range.

6. Price of Pleurotus nebrodensis has been dropped from 18 to 16 CNY per kg, indicating 11% of decline range.
