On January 7, Shiitake mushrooms farmed in Baishan Mushroom Cooperative are in good growth trend.

Baishan Mushroom Cooperative is an all-round mushroom base which sets R&D of new mushroom variety, popularization and application of new technology, training of cultivator, production and marketing of characteristic mushroom into one.

“2 sunlight greenhouses that respectively cover 50 mu of area were built in 2015 and 2016, now, annual processing volume on Shiitake mushroom reaches 1.5 million sticks, daily output on Shiitake mushroom comes to 2000 kg, average annual mushroom output hits 3000 tons,” introduces person in charge of the cooperative warmly. “In our cooperative, daily requirement obtains 2-3 tons, by the end of 2018, gross mushroom sales totaled over 1000 tons.”

In 2017, armed with fund and technical strength, Baishan Mushroom Cooperative launched into R&D of Black fungus and Seafood mushroom, and established 80 mushroom sheds which annually output 300,000 mushroom nutrient bags.
