Ingredients:
A handful of Straw mushrooms
A chunk of tofu
Moderate chopped onions
Condiments: Salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, starch
Cooking steps:
1. In a bowl, prepare the sauce with moderate salt, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce and starch, then mix well.
2. Cut tofu into thick slices and set them aside.
3. Rinse Straw mushrooms off, coarsely cut them in halves and go bleaching.
4. In a wok, add moderate oil, once hot, lower to soft flame, drop in tofu slices and fry till both sides are golden, then remove them out of the wok.
5. Heat the wok again and drizzle with a little oil, then drop in Straw mushrooms and stir over fierce flame for 2-3 minutes. After that, drop in fried tofu slices.
6. Finally season to taste with the sauce, stirring evenly till thickened. Serve and enjoy with bowls of rice.
