For recent years, mushroom industry that highlights Black fungus variety has been regarded as the crucial tong and efficient channel that adjusts agricultural production structure and generates incomes for farmers in Yanbian Prefecture, Jilin Province of China, now, the prefecture holds mushroom cultivation scale of 1.5 billion bags, mushroom output of 660,000 tons on dried mushrooms and gross output value of 4.5 billion CNY, respectively increased for 25%, 40%, 45% compared with 2012. 

Wangqing County of Yanbian Prefecture is also certificated as “China’s Ten Main Mushroom Production Site” and “China’s Ten Main Production Base Counties of Black Fungus.”
